On September 12, 2025, our HRM led a focused training day, supported by our Laundry Manager. The goal: strengthen skills, refresh SOPs, and reinforce the culture that makes Dash… well, Dash.
What we covered:
- Re-education & repetition: short, practical refreshers on core workflows to reduce errors and keep quality predictable—even on peak days.
- Quality & hygiene routines: the small habits that protect fabric integrity and guest satisfaction.
- Communication & teamwork: quick huddles, clear handovers, and friendly “close-the-loop” updates between shifts.
- Safety & ergonomics: staying fast and healthy in a high-throughput environment.
